Information Session #2: Bearspaw South Feeder Main Repair and Replacement

Join The City of Calgary Bearspaw South Feeder Main project team for an update regarding essential feeder main construction in your community.

This in-person event is a drop-in format. There is no set presentation time and guests may arrive and leave at any time. Staff will be on hand to answer your questions and further explain the informational display boards.

These sessions will share preliminary information about the BSFM projects. Given the accelerated timeline, some details are still in development and therefore will not yet be available. However, we know this work is important to you and are committed to sharing information as it becomes available.

At these sessions you can expect to learn:

• What happened and why we are accelerating this work.

• What is being done, including repairs to the existing line as well as development of a replacement feeder main.

• Approximate locations of work. Note that some specifics and exact repair locations are still in development and will be shared at a later date.

• Approximate timelines of work. Note that specific construction details, such as block-by-block timelines, may not yet be available

• High-level, anticipated impacts, and how you can stay informed and supported during construction.
