This topic for this session is Journaling for Joy with Lise Leyland-Mitchell who will take us through what Journaling is, and the various aspects we can use it for, and how she uses this amazing tool in her work.
Lise, is an integrated wellbeing specialist with over 14 years of experience and multiple certifications in holistic wellbeing practices.
Her passion lies in harnessing the transformative power of breathwork and journaling, which she believes holds the key to unlocking the joy in our lives.
Through her sessions, like this one on Journaling for Joy with Infinite Women, she aims to share these incredible tools. Lise firmly believes that breathwork primes the mind ready for journaling, making the experience more enriching and impactful.
