Trained peer supporters will be here to support you in the following areas:• Thinking about how to feed your baby
• Starting your breast/chestfeeding journey
• What to expect in the early days/ weeks
• Expressing and storing milk
• Introducing solids
• Breast/chestfeeding challenges
• Responsive feeding
• Returning to work/ study
• Offering a non-biased listening ear and safe space
• Meet other families who are going through the same experiences as you are.
No booking required, just come along.
Feel free to bring along any members of your support network, including siblings and older children. All sessions offer a warm and friendly welcome, plus light refreshments.
