As winter exhales its final quiet breath and the first threads of spring begin to shimmer beneath the soil, Imbolc invites us into a tender rising a soft unfurling from the stillness of the cold months. This retreat is a sanctuary carved from that moment: a place to listen, to feel, and to awaken with the season.
A PRACTICE BORN OF THE SEASON
We open with a specially woven Imbolc practice a gentle weave of Qigong, Yin Yoga, and Nature Meditation.
These movements and moments are crafted to loosen winter’s hold, warm the inner hearth, and call your energy back home.
A slow ignition. A returning to breath. A remembering of light.
WALKING THE LAND
Then we step into the open air for a quiet Walking Meditation, letting the land speak in its own soft language.
Here, you’ll meet the herbs aligned with Imbolc their stories, their spirit, their subtle power.
From this connection, you’ll create a vision board for the year ahead and have the option to craft a herb bundle, a small sacred creation carrying intention, blessing, and the first whispers of spring.
TEA, CEREMONY, SWEET NOURISHMENT & VISION BOARDS
We gather in circle to share a collective tea, blended from the very herbs of the season a warm, fragrant offering sipped with Imbolc intentions & crafting a vision board for the year ahead.
SOUND BATH TO CLOSE THE CIRCLE
The day softens into a Sound Bath, where soothing tones ripple through the body like gentle waves.
Here, everything settles the movement, the intention, the craft, the breath and you are held in a cocoon of deep rest.
