Join us for an informative and hands-on workshop designed for parents, caregivers, and anyone responsible for the well-being of infants. Led by Nurse Grace, this event combines life-saving skills with practical feeding guidance to help you feel confident and prepared.

This course equips caregivers with essential knowledge and hands-on practice to respond to infant emergencies. You’ll learn:

• How to prevent situations that may require CPR or choking intervention
• Step-by-step guidance on what to do if an infant is in distress
• Hands-on practice to build confidence in real-life scenarios

Please note: This course does not provide CPR certification, but it focuses on practical, reality-based skills that can help save a baby’s life.

Perfect for caregivers preparing to start (or who have just started) solids with their infant. Infants must be at least 4 months old to participate in this session.

• Safe and effective ways to introduce solid foods
• Guidance on introducing the top 9 allergens
• Cup drinking and water introduction techniques
• Optional real-time peanut allergen introduction under RN supervision

For added safety and peace of mind, medical support and appropriate medications will be on-site and administered if needed during allergen introduction.

Whether you're a new parent or simply looking to refresh your knowledge, this workshop offers valuable, real-world skills to help you care for infants safely and confidently.

Each section of the class is 1 hour long. If you register for both sections (Full Workshop Ticket), the total event time will be 2 hours.
