Join our relaxed 4-hour Infant + Child First Aid & Health Essentials Course across our Victorian locations.

Learn practical, life-saving skills including CPR, choking, anaphylaxis, asthma, seizures, burns, bleeding, drowning, and more! Plus valuable everyday medical knowledge such as understanding rashes, recognising respiratory distress, managing fevers, knowing when to seek help, and when to head to the emergency department.

Facilitated by an experienced paediatric emergency nurse, our evidence-based sessions are warm, engaging, and empowering, helping you feel confident, calm, and capable in caring for your little one.
