In June of 1994, a month after the theatrical release of THE CROW, two Ohio-based high schoolers began production on a panel-by-panel adaptation of the film’s source material, James O’Barr’s original comic book miniseries. Production continued through 1998 with the result being the no-budget shot-on-video labor of love JAMES O’BARR’S THE CROW!Screening with the accompanying documentary INERTIA: RE-MAKING THE CROW, an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at this epic endeavor!
Plus a video introduction by filmmaker David Ullman!
INERTIA: RE-MAKING THE CROW (59 min) screens first, followed by JAMES O’BARR’S THE CROW (60 min).
