Dorothy's Industry Night celebrates underrepresented culinary talent by inviting them to pop up with us and offer bites of what they do best.
Join us at our next Industry Night on November 11th with Pink Salt Kitchens!
Pink Salt makes Thai food that’s bright, grounded, and a little rebellious — all through the lens of the Midwest. Famous for her Nam Prik Pao, a Thai roasted chili jam, CEO and Chef Palita Sriratana pops up with us offering a variety of dishes in her signature style.
Doors open at 6pm with a one hour happy hour. RSVPs and entry is free! Purchases are made directly with Palita, while supplies last. Dorothy remains open until last call at 11pm.
Dorothy is 21+ and requires physical ID for all to enter. Dorothy is also ADA accessible with elevator access on Campbell Ave. If you are a guest who requires elevator access, please wait by the black door on Campbell Ave with our logo in the window and call our staff to assist: 773-770-3799
