Join us for this unique twist on a traditional triathlon racing experience! All levels are welcome—teens and beginners are highly encouraged to participate. The race will take place inside the State College YMCA on Sunday, February 1 beginning at 7:00 AM. It will include a pool swim, indoor cycle ride, and a treadmill run. Each leg will be 10 minutes and include a 3-4 minute transition in between. Scoring will be calculated decathlon style.
