It's the perfect class for those with scar tissue, replacement joints, or anyone with an achy or worn body. We take it easy, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably. Each session concludes with a soothing Shavasana, leaving you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. After class, stay for a cup of tea and enjoy a moment of tranquility. Our class is donation-based, making it accessible for everyone. Join us and experience the gentle yet effective benefits of our yoga practice. Walk-ins are welcome, cash, or Venmo @Amy-Kida-1. Class is 45 minutes, but allow for up to 60 minutes (please bring a mat if you have one)
