Indoor Triathlon at Holland Aquatic Center

Join HAC for our second annual Indoor Triathlon! The Indoor Tri starts with a 15-minute indoor swim, followed by a 15-minute ride on our spin bikes, finishing with a 15-minute run on our indoor track.

For the experienced triathlete, the Indoor Tri is a great addition to your early-season race prep, offering you the chance to hone your skills and fine-tune your training regimen. It is also the perfect starting point for those new to the multisport world, offering a welcoming and exciting first step towards outdoor triathlons. Ages 13 and up are welcome to register!

The event will be organized in waves of eight participants. The first wave will begin at 7:00am, with following waves beginning every 23 minutes.

At your designated start time, you will begin with a 15-minute swim in our competition pool. After the swim, you will have eight minutes to transition to our indoor cycling studio, where you will hit the bikes for 15 minutes of cycling. Finally, you will have eight minutes to transition to our indoor track, finishing with a 15-minute run.

Results will be posted as soon as the final wave has been completed at 11:28am.
