In this hands-on workshop, we will cover the basics of indoor seed starting, such as creating a planting calendar, making soil blocks, and how to create an indoor light rack. We will also discuss the techniques for growing microgreens, which are a great way to eat fresh baby greens year-round on salads, garnishes, and smoothies.
