Individual Therapeutic Movement with
We offer individual sessions in three different holistic modalities: Yoga, Tai Chi, & Qigong.
Individual Yoga, Tai Chi, & Qigong sessions are one-on-one with a Therapeutic Movement Facilitator. Our facilitators are experienced in attending to individual needs, creating a safe and supportive environment, and working with patients with various chronic conditions.
What to expect:
These movement sessions use gentle movement, breathing, mindful awareness and meditation to help your whole self. The facilitator will work with you to assess your individual needs and goals and to develop a daily practice that will support you to move towards your best self – whether you need help in recovering, decreasing symptoms, aiming for mind-body balance or thriving on increasing abilities.

In-person at The Osher Center for Integrative Health at 3401 West End Ave, Suite 380, Nashville TN, 37203.
Scheduling:
- Scheduling for New Students
Those who have never been seen by a movement facilitator at the Osher Center and have been referred, found us on their own, and or haven't been seen by one of our current movement instructors within the last three years.
- We would start you out with an Initial Consult appointment with the instructor followed a follow-up appointment. Typically these are done once every two weeks or weekly as the schedule allows.
- Payment would be required at least 24 hours to the first appointment. To pay, click "reserve a spot", then scroll down and you will see the option to purchase the "Initial 2-Visit Package (New Student)". That is the New Student package.
- If you have already been scheduled for your initial appointment(s), we will apply your payment to your upcoming appointment(s).

- Scheduling for Return Students
Those who have previously been seen by one of our current movement facilitators listed below within the last three years at The Osher Center.
If you have already been scheduled for your next appointment(s), or have past-due appointments, we will apply your payment to said appointments.
