About this Event

Freshman year is the perfect time to begin building a strong foundation for the future, and we’re excited to invite you to be part of something special.

Your student has been selected by CLD staff to participate in our exclusive Individual College & Career Plan (ICCP) Pilot Cohort, launching this April. This opportunity is designed for motivated freshmen who are ready to explore their strengths, discover career possibilities, and begin creating a personalized roadmap for high school, college, and beyond.

What is ICCP?

The Individual College & Career Plan (ICCP) is a dynamic 6-week cohort experience that helps 9th grade students gain clarity, direction, and confidence about their future.

During the program, scholars will:

  • Identify their talents, strengths, and interests
  • Explore career pathways aligned with their goals
  • Develop a step-by-step college and career action plan
  • Build confidence in their academic and personal journey
