INDIGENOUS CEREMONIES OFFERINGS- ESJAN MOUNTAIN, ICELAND - JULY 2026During a seven day long Spiritual Retreat, which will be taking place at the foot of the gigantic, beautiful Esjan Mountain in Iceland, myself and Ole Bjorn Michel, have been called to facilitate multifaceted Sacred Ceremonies and to create the environment for the participants and ourselves to learn and heal.
WHO IS ZODUMO SISHI-MICHEL?
She is a South African Sangoma (Shaman), who was called from a very young age to learn about the Ancient Indigenous healing herbs of Southern Africa, from the ancestors through dreams. Gogo Nomabhunu (her spiritual name), started embracing her calling fully during the late 90s, and she officially went on to training for a year and 6 months in 2016.
Soon after she was introduced into the Native American healing ceremonies and traditions. She used herbs, salts, water and fire to heal. Her healing methodologies have been experienced in different parts of the globe, she has danced the Sacred Medicine Healing Dances for many years.
WHO IS OLE BJØRN MICHEL?
He is a Norwegian who lived with and received teachings directly from Grandfather Joseph Rael, Beautiful Painted Arrow (a Native American Shaman) and danced Sacred Medicine Dances for many years.
He has led many sacred dances for numerous years in different countries, he has made Healing Medicine Drums since the early 1990s for Shamans and none Shaman individuals. Ole Bjørn is currently being introduced to Ancient Indigenous healing medicines of Southern Africa.
Myself and Ole Bjørn are excited to have been called to share our Medicine to the people of Iceland and everyone who will feel called to be a part of this journey.

SACRED MEDICINE LONG DANCE @€300
This Sacred Medicine Long Dance is rooted in the traditions of the Indigenous peoples of the United States. It is a healing dance that takes place through the night because the dark spaces between the stars are our origin, our symbol of birth into this life.
By dancing into the night we are getting in touch with the source, which is in the dark, the potential of our life. We will dance all the way through the night to sunrise and by doing so we will materialize that which was in the dark.
We reconnect ourselves with our source by doing a long dance in which we dance in a circle throughout the entire night.
SWEAT LODGE @ free for those who participate in the Dance Ceremony.
In preparation for the Long Dance there will be a Sweat Lodge ceremony for all participants. The Sweat lodge is a place for purification and healing, a place where we will pray to be cleansed so we are ready to receive the blessings of the Long Dance. The participation in the Sweatlodge is free of charge.
READINGS SUPPORTED BY WATER SPIRIT @ €140
These are one-on-one hourly readings done for individuals who seek clarity for their past, present and the future. They are such that at the end, there can be a guide on the next steps towards resolving some of the issues that came out during the process.
RIVER CLEANSING SHOWERS SUPPORTED BY

Using ancient Southern African Indigenous medicines a cleansing is performed at the river bank, to help warding off of the negative energies, and entities which sits with you for the unwanted reasons, causing bad luck and hindrance to your life
THREE-DAY DRUM BIRTHING WORKSHOP @ €450
This drum birthing workshop will enable you to be taking your own drum home at the end of the workshop. A skill you will be able to pass on thereafter. It will include making the octagonal frame,. The hides we will have available will be from the Reindeer, an animal which has been used since time immemorial for drummaking. You will be attaching this hide to the frame. Different techniques on how to attach the hide will be shared. A drumstick which will be fitting for the size of the drum will also be made.
TWENTY MINUTES HEALING PRAYER STEAMS FOR OPENING PATHS @ €50
You may have felt your life has become stagnant, that everything you touch does not yield any fruits, that your business and work are not at the point where you are destined to be, using the ancient Southern African Healing medicines during the steams may be what you need, as provided by Mother Earth
DISCUSSIONS BASED WORKSHOP @ €60
This workshop is aimed at introducing participants to the South African Indigenous ways of connecting with and cleansing of ancestors who sit with and guide us, using the ancient medicine of Southern Africa.
IMPEPHO / SAGE @ €10
This medicine herb is used when communicating with the ancestors. It can be used as a cleansing herb, and as tea to calm you in preparation for the ceremony of calling on the ancestors.
