About this Event
The Indigenous Buffalo Engagement Workshop invites Indigenous Nations with existing Buffalo herds as well as those interested in learning more about bringing Buffalo home to their Nation to network and share knowledge with each other.
Event Partners will be in attendance to provide information on Financing, Funding and Services available to Indigenous Nations caring for Buffalo.
Parking is free for attendees, give your licence plate number to the front desk when you arrive at Wanuskewin.
Lunch will be provided - Bison burger bar, soup of the day, ceasar salad and dainties for dessert. Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions and we will be sure to accomodate you.
We ask that Nations try and limit their representatives in attendance to 2-3 individuals in order for us to accomodate as many Nations as are interested.
