Chris from Modest will be pouring a selection of their standout brews. Crisp, clever, quietly brilliant beers that let the ingredients speak for themselves.

We’ll be pairing these with a curated lineup of exceptional Irish cheeses, from rich, earthy farmhouse wheels to bright, modern favourites made by some of the island’s most talented producers.
