About this Event

DMHA is providing an in-person, 8-hour Certified Crisis Peer Support Supervisor Training held at the Indiana Government Center South at 302 W. Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46204 in Conference Room 4/5.

This 8 hour course will prepare Certified Peer Support Supervisors to supervise and support peer support specialist in crisis service environments. The training runs from 9am-4pm.

The training supports the development/honing of skills focused on the following areas: 1) Peer relationships in crisis services, 2) cooling the crisis, 3) debriefing and supervision, 4) crisis peer support and teamwork, and 5) self-development in peer support: professional development and self-care.

To register for this training participants must currrently be supervising peers.
