It’s that time of the month again, for “We Know Vino’s” wine pairing event! This month in honor of Mexican Independence, we will be offering a local seasonal three course menu of: 1) Roasted Beet salad with fresh cheese and a honey vinaigrette dressing.
2) Chiles en Nogada with goat cheese, pomegranate, and other assorted fresh fruits
3) Sweet corn panacotta with strawberries and carmelized corn flakes topping.
Each course will be paired with one of our regional artisanal wines! Plus live music with local favorite Alan Garcia!
