Theme: “Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday!”
Entry Fee: $60 for commercial entries, $25 for Non-profit entries and there is no cost for military and/or veteran entries.
Line Up: Entries may start checking in at 7:00am. You may enter the line up area on Harrison Ave. Please access Harrison Ave. via W. Day, W. Carson, W. Greeley, W. Young or W. Sherman. Do NOT access via W. Sublette St. Do Not enter parade line up from Main Street. Volunteers will check in each entry and get you lined up. Please be kind and patient!
The restrooms at the Pavilion, 420 N. Main St., will be open and available during line up. Along the way, Station Square will have public restrooms available and the public restrooms at Lookout Point will be open.
Parade Route: Please refer to the map below. The route includes several turns. If you need to have walkers assist you around the corners, please be sure those walkers are with you through the entire route.
Judging: Judging will take place from 8:30-9:00 am. To be considered, your entry should be assembled and running when the judges see it. Please understand that it takes time to judge all the entries.

Parade Start: The parade will start moving at 9:30am. Entries will go in the order that they arrived in the line up with the exception of sponsors and dignitaries.
Parade End: The parade will end where it started, at N. Main St. and W. Fremont St. We will have a flagger on site to help get entries disbursed into the parking lots via W. Fremont or W. Wyeth. Please do not unload, undecorated or stop until you are completely off the parade route and in the parking lots. Please be courteous as all floats need to complete the parade route. Please clean up. Do not leave behind any garbage or float decorations. Thank you!
