The Watertown Independence Day Parade will be held July 4th in Downtown Watertown. Candy toss will start at 1:45pm followed by the parade at 2:00pm.
The parade will take place rain or shine. In the event of lightning or a downpour the Fraternal Order of Police may delay the parade.
The parade will travel down Kemp from 4th Street to the Stadium.
If you would like to participate in the parade, line up begins at 11:00am at the corner of Kemp and 4th Street (by Mark's Auto). Participants should line up down 4th street facing north toward kemp by 1:15pm. No items of any type may be thrown or projected. Items must be handed out. No water balloons, hoses, or other means of spraying the crowd will be allowed. No pre-registration required, just show up and fall in line.
