Why Incubate+?
Collective space is effective space and Federated Charities has been promoting this idea for more than 100 years. Incubate+ is an expansion of our co-working space, combining 3 years of dedicated office space with support and mentoring for new and emerging nonprofits in Frederick.
If you sign up for the program, your Frederick-based organization receives 52 days of office space in our center, representing annual overhead and budget savings of more than $4,200. It's the perfect opportunity to take your idea to the next level and co-locate in the heart of Downtown Frederick with 16+ other nonprofit organizations who already use our center. As a member, you will also be able to use our meeting and outdoor spaces and you will also receive internet access and underwriting of printing and copying as well as monthly check ins and professional development opportunities with our staff What it really means is more funds for your program and support for the kind of work that matters to our community.
