Inclusive Practice in the NDIS: Supporting LGBTQIA+ Participants

Join us for a welcoming, face‑to‑face professional development session designed specifically for the disability and NDIS community, including participants, families, support coordinators, and providers.

This session will be presented by topic experts from , and supported by , bringing together lived experience, sector knowledge, and practical insights to support inclusive and affirming practice within disability and NDIS settings.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Sex and gender - understanding differences and intersections
• Health outcomes and experiences for LGBTQIA+ people with disability
• An introduction to queer culture and lived experience
• Practical approaches to inclusive and respectful practice
