Power2Inspire & Active Suffolk: Inclusive Physical Activity Workshop
Join us at The Mix in Stowmarket on Thursday the 11th of June for a hands-on workshop delivered by the charity Power2Inspire.
Power2Inspire was founded on the belief that everyone should have the opportunity to play sport together and that 'no one is left on the bench'. This workshop is an interactive session to give you the confidence to adapt your delivery towards inclusive practice no matter what setting you are delivering in.
Who is this for?
We have opened this session to all providers of physical activity across Suffolk:
· School Staff & PE Leads: Looking to make PE more inclusive.
· Community Coaches & Volunteers: Wanting to welcome more diverse participants to their clubs.
· Local Authority & Health Partners: Interested in community-wide activity strategies.
Agenda
· 09:45 – 10:00: Arrival and Networking
· 10:00 – 11:30: Power2Inspire Workshop: Practical inclusive sport techniques
· 11:30 – 12:00: Q&A and Strategic Round-table (Addressing Suffolk-specific challenges).
· 12:00 – 12:30: Final Networking and Departure.
