Inclusive Child & Youth Mental Health: Training for the Digital Age

Enrolment is open to everyone and anyone interested in more inclusive ways to approach mental health and how technology can enable greater reach (including those in academia, industry & NGOs) May 17th – June 21st 2024.

DIVERT Mental Health is excited to host a one-day event that brings mental health trainees, faculty, clinicians, industry, and NGO staff to learn together. The event is dedicated to innovative learning activities taught by a multisectoral group of experts ranging from patient-partners to policy makers and clinicians to researchers to innovators. Our day focuses on the intersection of inclusivity (diverse ways of understanding mental health; diverse populations) and accessibility (innovative technologies that increase reach of mental health interventions) in mental health. Participants from a diverse area of disciplines are invited, particularly psychology, medicine, nursing, social work, rehabilitation sciences, computer sciences. Expect to leave with new knowledges and skills to support your work in mental health!

Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided to all in-person participants.

Important points to note - HOW TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION:

STEP 1

If you are not already an Associate Fellow or Fellow member of DIVERT, please register as an Associate Fellow (Anyone and everyone is eligible to be an Associate Fellow and it only takes a minute to regsiter!)

STEP 2

Pay your Eventbrite fee (In-person: $25 per ticket) /(Virtual: $15 per ticket) available on a first come first serve basis.

STEP 3

Register in PheedLoop - Both in-person and online participants. Attendees will receive an email on June 22nd to set up their PheedLoop account.

DIVERT will be using PheedLoop Event Management software to allow for a more fun and interactive experience for all participants. The Gamification tool on the platform will be a fun way for participants to gain points as individuals or in groups towards prizes. Stay tuned to find out more about what the prizes will be!

Des participants issus de diverses disciplines sont invités, notamment la psychologie, la médecine, les soins infirmiers, le travail social, les sciences de la réadaptation et l'informatique. Attendez-vous à repartir avec de nouvelles connaissances et compétences pour soutenir votre travail dans le domaine de la santé mentale !

Le déjeuner et les pauses café seront offerts à tous les participants en personne.

Points importants à noter - COMMENT COMPLÉTER L'INSCRIPTION :

ÉTAPE 1

Si vous n'êtes pas encore membre associé.e ou membre boursier.ère de DIVERT, veuillez vous inscrire en tant qu'e membre associée (tout le monde peut devenir membre associé.e et l'inscription ne prend qu'une minute !)

ÉTAPE 2

Payez vos frais d'inscription sur Eventbrite (En personne : 25$ par billet) / (Virtuel : 15$ par billet) disponible sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi.

ÉTAPE 3

S'inscrire dans PheedLoop - pour les participants en personne et en ligne. Les participants recevront un courriel le 22 juin pour créer leur compte PheedLoop.

DIVERT utilisera le logiciel de gestion d'événements PheedLoop pour permettre une expérience plus amusante et interactive pour tous les participants. L'outil de gamification de la plateforme sera un moyen amusant pour les participants de gagner des points en tant qu'individus ou en groupe pour obtenir des prix.
