Inclusive chair yoga for everybody with Kully SandhuJoin Kully for a gentle seated chair yoga class intended to take individuals away from focusing on what is in their minds by teaching them to focus on either breathing or techniques of Yoga movement.
This gentle yoga session will combine both a combination of breath work and gentle movement undertaken whilst participants are seated.
Kully will also aim to provide participants with tools and techniques to take away with them to use every day to calm the mind and focus on movement and the breath.
With permission, Kully will assist participants within learning these strategies if they feel they could benefit from them.
These sessions are accessible for all adults aged over 18 and of all abilities whether experienced within yoga or never experienced yoga before.
Kully Sandhu teaches yoga, Yoga for menopause, vinyasa Yoga, power Yoga and yin Yoga as well as Chair yoga and Children’s yoga.
