This workshop is suitable for dancers of a wide range of experience, whether you're still fairly new with only a few moves under your belt or you're among the most experienced dancers.Breaks & Freezes are the simplest form of musicality: learn effective ways for leads and follows to respond to breaks in the music.
Breaks & Freezes are also an easy way to add variety to your existing repertoire of moves, whether you have only a few or many moves, and therefore lots more variety and fun to your dancing.
Another way of adding variety and fun to your dancing is Sabotage. Follows learn how to interrupt the dance briefly, maybe to hit a break or add some fun. Leads learn to recognise and react appropriately to Sabotage (we'll also teach you a few Counter-Sabotage moves to spring on your follow!)
