About this Event

Redefining the Standard for School Culture.

Chiltern Learning Trust is proud to host the Inclusion, Behaviour and Attendance Conference, bringing together school leaders, teachers and practitioners for a transformative day focused on creating schools where culture, consistency and clarity drive improved outcomes for every child.

This conference moves beyond isolated initiatives and explores how system coherence creates stronger behaviour, better attendance, improved belonging and more inclusive classrooms.

What makes this event different is that every keynote and workshop combines expert strategic insight with the voice of a serving school practitioner who has implemented the work successfully within their own setting.

Because schools do not need more ideas that are “perfect in theory”.

They need practical, sustainable approaches that work in real classrooms, with real pupils, real pressures and real leadership challenges.

Guided by our core theme:

“High expectations, adaptive teaching and consistent systems that improve behaviour, attendance and belonging.”

this conference is designed for leaders and practitioners ready to move from reactive interventions to proactive system architecture.
