This inaugural event on Thursday, July 9th (1:30 shotgun) at RedTail Landing Golf Club brings together women who love the game, enjoy a great day outdoors, and believe that golf is about more than just scorecards — it’s about community, networking, and creating unforgettable memories that last long after the final putt drops.

Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or new to the sport, the Bad Birdies Invitational is designed to be welcoming and spirited for players of all skill levels.

Inspired by the bold style and carefree spirit of the 60s and 70s, this first-ever ladies' golf tournament is a celebration of friendship, fun, and fearless play.

Swing like a retro diva, connect with amazing women, or chase a personal best—you’re part of something truly special. This is more than a tournament—it’s the start of a tradition rooted in style, community, and a whole lot of good energy and vibe.

Get your groove on! We’ll be awarding Best Dressed Team and Best Dressed Individual, so dust off your 60s–70s-inspired outfits and go all-out decorating your golf cart. The bolder, groovier, and more outrageous, the better. We’ll also be handing out prizes for on-course golf challenges like Longest Drive, Longest Putt, and more. All prizes and awards will be presented at the Banquet.

For over fifty years, WIN House has been a beacon of safety and support for Edmonton and its surrounding areas. Their mission is to provide a refuge for women, children, and non-binary individuals seeking escape from dangerous situations. WIN House’s dedicated team of professionals, volunteers, and donors exemplify the unwavering commitment to those they serve. Edmonton Firefighters Burn Treatment Society

The Edmonton Firefighters Burn Treatment Society (EFBTS), Edmonton Chapter, was founded in 1977 by local Fire Rescue Members who saw a need to bring a burn treatment unit to Edmonton. EFBTS is managed and supported by local firefighters who volunteer and dedicate their time to raise funds to improve the treatment and care of those who have sustained a thermal injury. The funds raised are be used to support burn research, treatment and recovery. They also designated funds to support the Alberta Fire Fighters Burn Camp. https://www.efbts.ca
