We'll begin with a soothing herbal tea ceremony, followed by breathwork and somatic movement, culminating in a rejuvenating sound bath. Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of instruments like crystal bowls, gong, and drum as we set the intention to release tension, stress, and emotions held in your body.
