What is this event?
This is a welcoming, relaxed evening for parents/carers and their young people to feel supported, informed, and connected.
While parents and carers meet, chat and share experiences, young people will take part in a fun creative taster session in our studio.
For Parents & Carers:
- A chance to talk openly with other parents
- Practical advice and signposting to local support
- Learn about creative mental health programmes, including In The Mix
No pressure. No judgement. Just a supportive space.
For Young People:
- A gentle creative taster session
- Explore music, animation & digital art
- Build confidence, express yourself, and meet others
- Led by friendly, experienced facilitators
- Quiet spaces available if needed
No experience needed. No pressure to perform or speak.
