In the Becoming™ Walks is a calm, in-person experience where we gather in nature to move with intention, clear our minds, and create space for emotional release and personal alignment.
Whether you’re seeking peace, clarity, or simply a quiet reset, this experience meets you where you are.
There is no pressure here, just presence.
We walk together, but at our own pace.
You are invited to:

This is a free community wellness experience.
All paces are welcome. Please dress comfortably and bring water.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
This is more than a walk, it is a soft return to yourself.
We will begin by gathering in a calm, welcoming space, allowing everyone a moment to settle in and arrive fully.
From there, we will move into a gentle, intentional walk at a relaxed pace, creating space for reflection, quiet connection, and emotional release.
There is no expectation to speak or share and you are free to engage in whatever way feels most natural to you.
Some moments may feel peaceful.
Some may feel reflective.
Some may bring clarity or release.
All of it is welcome here.

We begin with a gentle arrival. This is your time to settle in, breathe, and transition into the experience.
Opening Moment (2–3 minutes):
A soft welcome and intention-setting to center the space.
The Walk (30–40 minutes):
A calm, self-paced walk through nature. You are invited to move at your own rhythm, reflect, and simply be.
Closing Reset (5 minutes):
We close with a moment of stillness, allowing you to carry this energy with you beyond the walk.
