About this Event
In Rhythm is a small, ongoing gathering for women who are drawn to creativity, reflection, and connecting more deeply with themselves and the seasons - through journaling and other creative practice.
Each month is rooted in a nature-based theme - guided by seasonal cycles, lunar rhythms, tree wisdom, feminine energy and your own lived experience.
When we gather, the space is gentle and open - a held environment where you can explore, create, and, if you wish, share.
This circle is intentionally small (4-8 women) to allow for depth, ease, and a sense of connection.
How it works:
We meet twice each month in my home art studio.
Gathering One - Opening the month, reflecting on the themes, where we find ourselves, and beginning our pages.
Gathering Two - Continuing, reflecting and optional sharing.
Each gathering is 2 hours. Everything you need to get started will be provided.
A note on registration:
This is a monthly circle with two gatherings a month, rather than a drop-in event. We will determine meeting dates and times as a group at the first circle gathering.
A bit about me… I am a mixed media artist who has been teaching art journaling for over a decade.
