Kathy Glaser and Tisse Mallon come together for a unique collaboration, bringing intuitive movement and live sound into the same shared space. This style of yoga is slow, inward, and deeply attuned to the body’s signals. Rather than moving through set shapes, you’re invited to explore subtle, mindful movement that helps you reconnect with sensation, breath, and internal awareness. The practice meets you exactly where you are and allows each person to receive precisely what they need from the experience.
As you move, crystal bowls are played live in the room, responding to the rhythm of the practice and the energy in the space.
After movement, you’ll settle into stillness and receive a longer sound bath, allowing the vibrations of the bowls to move through you.
Crystal singing bowls produce steady, coherent tones that the body naturally responds to through a process called entrainment. Just as one tuning fork can cause another to vibrate in harmony, these sustained vibrations invite your nervous system, breath, and even mental activity to synchronize with calmer, more ordered rhythms. As your body “tunes” to these frequencies, mental chatter often softens, muscles release, and a felt sense of ease and clarity begins to emerge, less effort, more allowing, as the body remembers how to settle into balance.
Late February is a natural moment to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with yourself. The initial rush of the new year has passed, and this is your invitation to return inward and gently realign with what matters most.
About Your Guides:
Kathy is an experienced Kripalu yoga and meditation teacher with over 20 years of dedicated practice and instruction. As an E-RYT 500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, she shares the gifts of yoga with sincerity, accessibility, and heart, creating trauma-informed, welcoming spaces where students feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Tisse is a crystal bowl sound practitioner whose sessions are designed to quiet mental chatter and bring people into clear, embodied presence. Through an intuitive progression of tones, rhythm, and ambient sounds like waves, rain, and chimes, Tisse guides participants through a tuning process that helps the nervous system settle and the body feel deeply at ease.
