About this Event

For many of us the idea of getting more active is ever present. Yet moving from idea stage to action may never happen. This is a workshop for all who find themselves in a difficult relationship with starting exercise. Perhaps its left over from childhood, memories of embarrassing sports days. Or you have a difficult relationship with your body, a dislike of the way it looks or moves or even physical discomfort caused by living with long term health difficulties. This 90 minute workshop will help you understand your relationship with exercise, start to reframe it and begin to bring movement to your life in a way that your body and mind are ready for.
