Join us for an exciting event, where we will explore the world of intellectual property and learn how to protect your business ideas and innovations.

Our speakers, Attorneys Melissa Jeda & HollyMcFall, will share valuable insights on trademarks, copyrights, patents and trade secrets and how they can be used to protect your business.

About the Presenters:

Holly A. McFall

Holly A. McFall, a Deerfield Beach native, earned both her Master of Science in Business Administration (Real Estate) and her law degree from the University of Florida in 2004. She began her legal career in Fort Myers, focusing on Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Real Estate, and Corporate Law, and has remained in Southwest Florida since. Over time, she expanded her practice into Intellectual Property, with trademarks and copyrights now serving as her primary areas of focus.

Holly practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Library of Congress for copyright matters. She is licensed in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is an active member of the Lee County Bar Association and the Southwest Florida Bankruptcy Professionals Association.

Melissa H. Jeda, along with Holly McFall, is a founding partner of SecureMark Legal. She earned her Juris Doctor from Ave Maria School of Law in 2013 and currently resides on Florida’s east coast with her husband and two sons. After a brief period as an associate, she became a partner at Miller, Hollander & Jeda in 2015. Melissa is highly knowledgeable in Federal Rules and regulations and is committed to providing her clients with personalized attention to resolve their unique financial challenges.

She practices before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Library of Congress for copyright matters and is licensed in the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
