Radiance is a women’s circle held in-person in Cincinnati — a space to come back to yourself, drop into your body, and gather with other incredible women who are also on a journey of reconnection. We’ll move together through a gentle embodiment practice and reflect on how we relate to the parts of ourselves we often hide — the ones that want to be seen, celebrated, and felt. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, seen, and lit up from the inside out.

What to bring:

-A journal

-A yoga mat or blanket

-Clothes that you feel Radiant in but also comfortable enough to move in for our embodiment practice
