“How to Build and Cultivate Positive Relationships with All Kids”

Relationship building is a shared, schoolwide/community responsibility that strengthens climate, improves outcomes and supports an inclusive and connected community. This interactive workshop will provide practical strategies to intentionally build and sustain positive relationships with all kids. Participants will explore why relationships are foundational to learning, behavior, and belonging; examine how equity, consistency, and adult SECD skills shape connections; and learn everyday practices that foster trust, respect, and engagement across diverse populations.
