As therapists and counsellors, we spend our days holding space for others — this is a space for us.

This day is designed for you. Step out of the consulting room and into the outdoors for a day of adventure, embodied experience, and genuine connection with colleagues who understand the work you do.

This isn't a classroom CPD event. It's a chance to restore yourself through nature, movement, and community. Where challenge and support co-exist, where community forms through shared experience, and where your physical, emotional and professional selves are welcome.

Come and try something new or re-connect with something from the past. Calm your breath and settle your shoulders with archery. Challenge your team work with crate stacking, join the campfire circle and see where it takes you.
