This is a free in-person five-hour workshop to help you meet the WA State Housing Finance Commission’s education requirements for down payment assistance and a variety of affordable housing programs and opportunities for qualified applicants!
These requirements include the successful completion of a Homebuyers Education Seminar meeting the current FHA, Fannie Mae, FreddieMac, and SMBA benchmark standards.
At the conclusion of the workshop, participants will receive a certificate of achievement from the WA State Housing Finance Commission and DFI valid for two years from the date of issuance.
