Join Certified Usui Reiki Master Laura Cerrano for a gentle, immersive Reiki Circle. Our session will commence with a warm welcome, followed by an overview of what to anticipate, a guided meditation, and calming sounds to help reset and restore your chakras and overall energy. For attendees who wish to lay along the floor during the Reiki circle, they are invited to bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, and light blanket.
