About this Event
If you are someone who is comfortable in your singleness, who has been doing the introspective work to be the best version of yourself, and who is now ready to step back out there, then this event is FOR YOU!
Who Should Attend:
~This Dating Mixer Event is for people/professionals who are genuinely single (situationships, its complicated's, and or married people need not attend).
~People who have done and who are doing the work to be their best, whole self and who are emotionally ready and open to meet a potential love/friend of interest.
~People who will honor the $25.00 minimum (those who are prepared to spend $25.00 at minimum on food\drinks.)
~Men who are seeking to date women, or women who are seeking to date men.
~Men and women between the ages of 25 - 45 (age range is suggestive not a requirement).
~Men and women who are here for the experience and who plan to fully participate in the speed dating mixer, if that is their choice & ticket selection, for its full duration.
~Local businesses/ individuals who would like to e-vend to promote their product or a service offering to a small niche audience (18 - 36 Single Professional men and women ages 25 - 45)
During the networking portion of the event, attendees will have the opportunity to meet and network with professionals/businesses from a range of industries and backgrounds. If you are new to the city and you are looking to find your tribe and to find out about what products and services are being offered, then this is a must attend affair.
As we transition into the Dating Mixer event there will be intentional moments for attendees to peel the onion so to speak to get to know one another beyond the surface.

This event is located on 2427 18th ST NW (located mere minutes from the Metro's Blue Line, Farragut West Metro Station ).

Car: limited metered parking on the street
Paid Parking Garage: 1 Min walking distance from establishment (2421 18th Street NW)
Ride Share: Lyft, Uber (Recommended)
Dress Code: Dress for comfort but nice
Agenda:
5:00pm - 6:00pm: Networking Happy Hour (Ditch the business cards and join us for an opportunity to genuinely connect through story telling and the sweet spot where the art of networking and gamification meet. During this said hour attendees will also be interacting with potential businesses who opt to e-vend and enjoying the delectable food and drink specials offered during Happy Hour.) Fairly New Add*
6:00pm - 7:20pm: Arrive early and or continue to mix and mingle, order food and drinks, check-in & register on-site. (Highly recommended as the format of the event makes it challenging to order food outside of this time slot)*2 breaks built into the event; great for refilling your drink order.
7:20pm - 7:30pm: Welcome and Instructions for Speed Dating
7:30pm - 8:40pm: Speed-Dating (10-13 '7 -minute' rotations)
8:40pm - 9:20pm: Friendly competition through games (potential prizes/cash offered)
9:20pm - 9:30pm: Thank you, submit connections, and mingle.
You will be notified within 24 hour post event to share whether or not you were matched via the email provided at registration. *What is a match? When each attendee identifies on a connection card one another in the same category of interest).
If this event sounds like your type of event and something you would genuinely enjoy, please RSVP! For those who do not go anywhere without a friend, I recommend you find the courage to attend this event solo. It can get weird, especially if you and your friend make a connection with the same person. I want sisterhoods and brotherhoods to remain :-)!
