An energising morning session designed to wake up the body and get ready for the day ahead! Focusing on Pilates’ fundamental principles of alignment, breathing, and core stability, all exercises will be layered so you can move at the level that feels most appropriate. We will mobilise and strengthen the whole body, finishing with a gentle cool down. Any Small Equipment needed for class will be provided by your teacher. Please remember to BRING YOUR OWN MAT.
