About this Event
The exact origin of the word "carbonara" is up for grabs, just like the origins of the dish itself, with some even suggesting a connection to the Carbonari, a secret society from 19th century Italy. What we do know is that to this date, it is a beloved dish throughout Italy.
Learn how to make the perfect spaghetti from scratch. While the dough rests, your Chef Instructor will demo how to make a classic Carbonara sauce from scratch, and guests will assist with preparing the ingredients to assist in building the sauce. The blending of fresh pasta, pancetta, and cheese in one dish...what more could you ask for?!
With the help of a pasta machine, attendees will roll out their pasta dough. Once your fresh spaghetti is shaped and then cooked in boiling water, enjoy sitting down to enjoy a beautiful plate of pasta!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment. Drinks are NOT included in the ticket price, but will be available for sale at the venue. Outside drinks are not allowed. 21+ only. For any guests booked individually, if you are part of a larger group please email [email protected] at least 48 hours prior to your class to confirm your full booking party size and the names of the others in your group.
