About this Event
There’s nothing so delicious as fresh pasta, and creating it yourself.
The Chef will demonstrate how to make the perfect pasta dough and then transform it into beautiful Fettuccine and Pappardelle noodles. Ingredients for a vegan pasta dough will be available as well.
While the dough rests, your chef instructor will demonstrate (with class participation) how to make a creamy Alfredo sauce. The Chef will have homemade classic tomato sauce and a lemon butter sauce available for everyone to try too. You'll use pasta rollers to make and shape your choice of Fettuccine or Pappardelle noodles. Once your dish is complete, then everyone will sit down and enjoy their pasta at the end of class. Feel free to BYOB to enjoy throughout the class! The venue has a cute outdoor patio with additional seating to enjoy your meal and drinks (weather permitting).
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
You will be seated with your booking party. Guests in the same booking party will work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Guests are invited to BYOB beer, wine, or champagne.
