About this Event
Due to limited seating and stations, this class can only accept bookings of 2 or more. If you are booking your class as a group please make the reservation under one name, as a full booking group.
Join us for an authentic Spanish cooking class that will take you to the streets of Valencia by way of its most famous dish, Paella.
In this fun and interactive class, you will learn how to create this famous Spanish favorite known for its signature golden saffron hue, smoky flavors of chorizo, mussels and flavorful vegetables. You will also learn how to build traditional Spanish flavors and practice your knife skills. Perfect for entertaining, wow your friends and family at your next dinner party with your new found signature dish!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Guests in the same booking party will sit and work together throughout the class by sharing ingredients and equipment. Groups of 2 or 3 may be asked to share their station with another couple. Drinks are available for purchase from the venue and are NOT included in the ticket price. Outside drinks are not allowed.

The nature of our classes are set up so that booking parties will work together during class, sharing both ingredients and equipment.
