SoundRx's Calm the Nervous System Soundbath is a 1-hour in-person session in Tustin at the Full Body Wellness Collective.
This cozy soundbath is designed to help calm your nervous system so you can feel peaceful and lighter than you ever have. It's timed in the evening so you can go home, relax, and have a deep restorative sleep.
Avi will guide you through a 15-minute meditation and gently float you into a soundbath to help you dig deep into your subconscious. Pure tone frequencies vibrate deeply to help activate the parasympathetic nervous system which aids in rest and digestion.

Crystal sound bowls, Himalayan singing bowls, and gong will all be played to help pull old toxins out of your body emotionally, mentally, and physically. The sounds and frequencies produced from these will aide in processing whatever comes out.
