Join us for a transformative breathwork session combined with immersive sound therapy in the tranquil embrace of Midwest Shores' studio and their beautiful crystals and healing energy. This in-person experience is designed to ground your energy, clear emotional clutter, and elevate your inner calm.
Each session we come with a theme/intention and we leave grounded and with clarity.
What to Expect:

- 🔔 Healing sound therapt featuring crystal bowls, chimes, and ambient tones💫 Gentle movement, deep relaxation, and energetic reset
