Important things to know before you register:

• This registration is for the full in-person series on Mondays, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30, 7/7, 7/14, 7/21 at 10:00 am to 12:00 pm CST.
• Class takes place at Ellington Agricultural Center in Nashville, TN.
• This class series is for people who have recently given birth and have a newborn between 1 and 4 months old.
• Public restrooms are available.
• The group will meet at the covered pavilion if weather allows; if too hot, an indoor, air conditioned space if available.

Thrive will help you find your footing as a new parent. It will also help you confidently place one foot in front of the other as you learn all about your new role.

Each class addresses a specific topic. Guest speakers with professional experience in topics appear for certain weeks.

The Thrive class:

• Provides an opportunity for you to deeply connect with other new moms;
• Helps you discover the new aspects of yourself as a mother;
