This 1:1 session combines Breathwork and Spinal Energetics to support regulation, release, and deeper connection to your body.

Breathwork is a guided, intentional breathing practice that helps shift the nervous system, release stored tension and emotion, increase clarity, and create a sense of grounding and calm.

Spinal Energetics is a gentle energetic modality that works with the spine, breath, and subtle movement to help the body unwind stress patterns, activate the body’s natural intelligence, and support physical, emotional, and energetic alignment.

Together, these modalities may support:
